The work contained in this portfolio was completed in the latter part of 2022 and 2023.
I have been exploring shadow, atmospheric luminosity and the qualities of mood through use of color and organic shapes.
When I paint, I recall moments of awe and the inherent beauty that lies in the moment of impermanence The resulting work, a sort of visual autobiography, is both a deep evocation of natural environments culled from memory and experience, and the result of a longstanding meditation practice.
